The Complete Fee System Over the years many of our users have exported our data for use in other software applications, such as spreadsheet programs. As a result, we have developed this simple spreadsheet to extrapolate our data. You may find that, in it's pure simplicity, The Complete Fee System is is a very powerful and efficient tool.
Two critical elements comprise this database, the National Relative Value Conversion Factors and the National RV Converted Fees . The National Relative Value Conversion Factors were derived from our master database consisting of millions of charge records. These records are used with Relative Values for Physicians to derive weighted conversion factors for the procedural sections of the coding hierarchy, which in turn, are applied to each procedure's relative value to derive a fee. The mathematical construct employs forward and reverse engineering techniques.
Essentially, there are up to 5 hierarchical levels in the nomenclature. And until now, we have only published conversion factors for the first two sections, but since the data has grown, we now offer a third. The third element provides the highest degree of specificity for most procedures.
For Example:
Only $13.00 dollars? For a procedure like 63287 (Laminectomy), a difference of $655.00 adds-up quickly! The Complete Fee System represents medical procedures weighted by time, skill, severity, risk; and, their respective fees weighted by the indemnity "Marketplace". The ultimate benchmark! With the click of your mouse, the Complete Fee System will provide you with reliable and defensible information and save you hours of work. Annual Single Site Subscription License Fee
