Relative Values for Dentists

Based on the success of Relative Values for Physicians, Relative Value Studies, Inc. began research in 1985 to develop Relative Values for Dentists (RVD). First published in 1990, RVD has been updated many times. The methodology for the development of RVD was similar to that of RVP, resulting in the most comprehensive database of its kind, containing complete coding and fee scheduling information.

  • A complete listing of ADA's CDT-3 codes & descriptors
  • More than 500 relative values for all areas of dentistry
  • Data that will simplify contract negotiations between the payer and the provider
  • Relative values that are reliable and continually updated
  • RVD is quickly becoming the standard in determining reimbursement fees and as a contract negotiating     tool.
  • Join the growing list of industry users who use the RVD as the guide to dental reimbursement.
