Use the Daytimer option to view up to 3 providers and
their availability at any given time. In addition to scheduling
appointments you can "block out" a providers time by adding an
event to their schedule (such as, Lunch or
Conference).
Events can also
be scheduled for rooms and for equipment within those
rooms.
Built-in
functionality lets you quickly find the next available
appointment slot for a patient or book an appointment for any day
in the future.
When you
schedule or rebook appointments, you'll be able to see all of the
information about the appointment.
You can also
check-in an appointment (create an encounter) and you can add the
patient to an appointment waiting list if necessary.
Use the
Waiting List option to view information about patients who
are on the waiting list and to link directly to the patient's
appointment information to rebook or remove the patient from the
waiting list.
