ExaMedIT's Value Added Reseller (VAR) Developers and Value Added Resellers typically serve specialized markets or specific organizations focusing on business automated processes or add some product or service component to ExaMedIT's products. In some cases the service they provide is a sales or marketing service within a geographic, application or industry area where ExaMedIT does not have the required expertise or sales infrastructure to provide end user service effectively.

Authorized Resellers Program

ExaMedIT Value Added Reseller (VAR) Program aids in the creation of medically related software application products and helps assure their commercial success by providing qualified Professional Developers and Value Added Resellers with access to ExaMedIT subscriptions and marketing support, literature, technical support, integration and branding services.

The program is designed for software developers, development organizations, billing services and consultants who create unique applications for end-users either in-house or in other organizations and for resellers who add value to ExaMedIT's software offerings by combining hardware OEM with ExaMedIT's software to create new general products or who add value by reaching geographic or industrial markets outside the domain of ExaMedIT.

The program also provides the developer or reseller with access to ExaMedIT's development subscription products at special license fees available exclusively to program members.

Eligibility Qualifications

If you are a verifiable application development, consulting firm, software manufacturer, high volume distributor or dealer, or a VAR who wishes to sell ExaMedIT's products as a component of a product or as a complete solution.

Successful candidates offer most, or all of the following traits:

• Current or past experience with medical billing, medical software development and installation or running a billing service.
• Advanced sales and marketing skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the medical practice and clinical industry
• Available capital to ensure business plan fulfillment
